Real appointment experience
The workflow is based on what service providers actually need before, during and after an appointment.
I’m a working service professional with more than 17 years of hands-on client experience in the beauty and tattoo industries.
I created Vivid Consent because I wanted a simpler way to keep signed waivers, client details, visit notes, photos and important service information together. The idea came from doing the work—not from looking at the industry from the outside.
After years of dealing with paper forms and scattered records, I knew small service businesses needed something practical enough to use during a real appointment. Vivid Consent is the system I wanted for my own business.
A signature is important, but it is rarely the only thing a provider needs later. Vivid Consent is being shaped around the full working record.
The workflow is based on what service providers actually need before, during and after an appointment.
I use Vivid Consent in my own business, while tattoo, beauty, hair and pet-service professionals help test and improve it.
The goal is not to add more technology to a busy day. It is to make consent and client records easier to manage.
Features continue to grow from the experiences and requests of working professionals using the system.
