Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to the Vivid Consent website and web application, including any paid subscription. Vivid Consent is operated by Baddie Beauty in Nova Scotia, Canada. By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you use Vivid Consent for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential, using individual accounts for authorized staff, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Keep your account and contact information accurate. You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses the access controls or staff roles provided in the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan prices, currency, billing frequency, any trial period, the date charges begin, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you subscribe. If checkout offers a trial that converts to a paid subscription, the paid subscription begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. To cancel, use the cancellation controls made available in your account or contact hello@vividconsent.com before the next renewal. Stripe processes payments; Vivid Consent does not store full payment card numbers. For billing or refund questions, contact us at that address. Rights that cannot be limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
Your use of client records
Vivid Consent provides tools for professionals and businesses to manage digital consent and client records. You are responsible for deciding what information to collect, having the authority and notices or consent needed to collect and use it, configuring forms and access for your business, and following laws and professional rules that apply to your services and location. Use only information you need and do not upload information you are not authorized to handle.
Businesses control the client records they enter and are responsible for responding to client requests about those records. Vivid Consent processes client-record information to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. If you publish portfolio content, you are responsible for having permission to make it public.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access another business's records, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the service to violate another person's rights. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Vivid Consent available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product improves. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, subject to any rights or obligations that apply to an active paid subscription under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Vivid Consent name, website, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service for your business as permitted by your account and subscription.
No professional or compliance advice
Vivid Consent is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, or professional advice and does not guarantee that a form, record, or workflow meets the requirements that apply to your business. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting your forms and practices with qualified advisors where needed. Do not rely on Vivid Consent for emergency or clinical decisions.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date above when we publish a revision. For questions about these terms, subscriptions, or billing, contact hello@vividconsent.com.
