Hi, I’m Tanya Reeves. I created Vivid Consent because, as a service provider myself, I wanted an easier way to keep client records, signed waivers, notes, photos and important treatment details all in one place.
With more than 17 years of experience working with clients, I know how overwhelming paper forms and scattered records can feel on a busy day. Vivid Consent grew out of real hands-on experience in the beauty and tattoo industry, with one goal: make client documentation simpler, more organized and easier to manage.
I use Vivid Consent in my own business, and it’s being shaped by feedback from tattoo artists, beauty professionals and hairstylists who are actively testing it. The features keep improving based on what working professionals actually need.
